I want you to be completely satisfied with your GroveCo purchase. As a small independent business, I handle all returns personally. Here’s how it works:
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in original packaging, with tags attached
You contact me within 30 days of delivery
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect
Note:Digital downloads, custom items, and clearance deals are non-returnable.
2. Refund Process
Once I receive your return:
I’ll inspect the item within 3 business days
Approved refunds go to your original payment method
Processing takes 3–10 business days (varies by bank/payment platform)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
I can’t issue refunds for:
Returns requested after 30 days
Items damaged by misuse or improper handling
Final sale/clearance items (marked as such in product descriptions)
Original shipping fees (unless I sent the wrong/defective item)
4. How to Start a Return

Reason for return
Photos (if claiming damage/defect)
