I want you to be completely satisfied with your GroveCo purchase. As a small independent business, I handle all returns personally. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, with tags attached

  • You contact me within 30 days​ of delivery

  • The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect

  • Note:Digital downloads, custom items, and clearance deals are non-returnable.

2. Refund Process

  • Once I receive your return:

    • I’ll inspect the item within 3 business days

    • Approved refunds go to your original payment method

    • Processing takes 3–10 business days​ (varies by bank/payment platform)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

I can’t issue refunds for:

  • Returns requested after 30 days

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling

  • Final sale/clearance items (marked as such in product descriptions)

  • Original shipping fees (unless I sent the wrong/defective item)

4. How to Start a Return

Email me directly at support@groveco.online​ with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason​ for return

  • Photos​ (if claiming damage/defect)

    I’ll reply within 24 hours (weekdays) with return instructions.
