1. Shipping Carriers
I partner with reliable U.S. carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS based on speed, cost, and destination. All carriers meet U.S. shipping regulations.
2. Processing Time
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM ET ship within 1 business day (excludes pre-order/custom items).
Weekend/holiday orders ship next business day.
Delays for custom items will be noted on product pages.
3. Shipping Options & Costs
Standard (3–7 business days):
FREE for U.S. orders over $50
**$4.99** for orders under $50
Expedited (2–3 business days): Flat rate $9.99
International: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
4. International Shipping
Available to select countries (cart calculator shows costs)
Customers handle customs fees/taxes
Delivery times vary (typically 7–21 business days)
5. Returns & Shipping Liability
My error (wrong/defective item): I cover return shipping
Customer returns (change of mind): You pay return shipping
Refused/undeliverable packages: Customer bears reshipping costs
6. Tracking & Delivery
All orders include tracking (sent via email)
Risk transfers to you once carriers mark items “delivered”
7. Special Notes
Signature required for orders over $200
Restricted items (lithium batteries, liquids) ship via ground
Weather/carrier delays are beyond my control
